Caracas Council Reviews Infrastructure Proposals From City Communes

The Caracas City Council is implementing the fourth cycle of the 2024 Territorial Action Plan, which includes over 60 projects intended to benefit more than 200,000 residents in the city's main communes. Councilman Jesús García, president of the CMC's Permanent Commission on Infrastructure and Urbanism, has reported that the council is reviewing infrastructure and service proposals from 60 communes across 20 parishes.
