Both sites offer evening modules that cover prompt writing for inventory software and data-cleaning scripts used by local retailers. Participants pay 180 bolivars for a four-week cycle and receive certificates recognized by the municipal economic development office.
Job boards posted on the Sabana Grande pedestrian strip now list openings that require familiarity with those same tools. A posting for a logistics coordinator at a wholesaler near Plaza Venezuela asked for six months of experience with AI-driven route planners.
Numbers that shape hiring decisions
A June 2026 survey by the same chamber found that 41 percent of Caracas employers screened resumes for AI keywords during the second quarter. The same report recorded average course fees at 150 bolivars and noted that professionals who completed at least one module received interview callbacks 19 percent more often than those who listed only traditional software skills.
Workers already inside firms report that routine reporting tasks now take half the time they did last year. Job seekers are advised to test free versions of the tools on their own laptops before applying, then document any output they produced for a current employer or side project. Those steps match the concrete expectations described in listings circulating through the Chacao incubator this week.
